• Keepsake personalisation i.e. handprint / fingerprint

What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to make and deliver your order and to provide you with a better service.
We take photographs of all jewellery items we make, however, we will only use photographs for marketing purposes on our website and social media if you have provided specific consent for the photographs to be used.
The original keepsake personalisation prints captured in the jewellery will be returned at the same time as delivery of your finished piece.
As part of the design process, we create electronic copies of each handprint/footprint/ink fingerprint. These documents are filed by order number and no names are used as references.
We may periodically send promotional emails to our previous customers and opted into mailing list, regarding new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting. You may choose to stop receiving e-mails at any time using the unsubscribe option at the bottom of each e-mail.
How long will we keep the information we gather
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have put in place reasonable and appropriate physical and electronic safeguards in order to protect against unauthorised access or disclosure.
